Active Returning Students

Grades K-12 complete online registration in the Parent Vue App beginning on July 15, 2024 - July 23, 2024  

***Returning Lovington High & Freshman Academy Students****

After registering in Synergy Parent Vue LHS and LFA students will need to bring a parent or legal guardian to complete the following registration steps:

• Sign Next Step Plans

• Birth Certificate Verification(must be verified for legal documents produced at the high school)

• ID picture to be taken

• Proof of insurance and driver’s license for parking permits (if applicable)

• Senior parking spot applications can be picked up and must be approved prior to painting.  The cost for a Senior parking spot is $75

LHS  has reserved the following times for additional registration steps:  

Seniors: July 22, 2024 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM 

Juniors: July 23, 2024 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM 

Sophomores: July 24, 2024 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM 

Freshman: July 25, 2024 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM 

Each day the HS office will be closed for lunch from 2-3

Schedule pickup for grades 6-8 for returning students who are fully registered will be July 25-26, 2024.  Sixth Grade Academy will be open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for schedule pickup and campus tours.  See the SGA campus website for more information. 

Meet the Teacher for elementary students will be held on July 31, 2024, from 2:00 - 3:30

The first day of school for K-12 is August 1, 2024.

NEW OR RETURNING INACTIVE STUDENTS MUST PRESENT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION:

• Original Birth Certificate (not a copy)

• Social Security Card 

• Immunization Record

• Proof of Residency

• Proof of Identification 

• If applicable, evidence of parental custody/guardianship paperwork

All new and returning-inactive students in grades K-8 will pre-register in the following locations on July 18, 2024 and July 19, 2024

Llano Elementary (Kindergarten)

Lea Elementary (1st Grade)

Ben Alexander Elementary (2nd Grade)

Jefferson Elementary (3rd Grade)

Yarbro Elementary (4th and 5th Grade)

Sixth Grade Academy (6th Grade)

Taylor Middle School (7th and 8th Grade)

All new and returning-inactive students in grades 9-12 will pre-register in person at: 

Lovington High School

Friday, July 26, 2024, and Monday, July 29, 2024 

8:30 AM - 3:00 PM 

The office will be closed for lunch from 11-12

Following pre-registration download the Parent Vue app and follow instructions on the email from Synergy to complete registration. You will be notified when your child is placed K-5 or when a schedule is ready for pickup 6-12.
