Lovington Schools Announces New Yarbro Elementary Principal

Lovington, NM (May 8, 2024) On Wednesday, May 8, 2024, the Lovington Municipal Schools announced the individual hired for the administrative vacancy at Yarbro Elementary.

Mrs. Mayla Garcia has been chosen as the Principal of Yarbro Elementary. Mrs. Garcia has worked for Lovington Schools for 15 years at Yarbro Elementary, most recently as the Assistant Principal, and has been an asset in building relationships with staff and parents.  Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Garcia to her new position.
