Active Returning Students

Complete online registration in the Parent Vue App beginning on July 10, 2025 - July 21, 2025  

***Returning Lovington High Students****

After registering in Synergy Parent Vue LHS students will need to bring a parent or legal guardian to complete the following registration steps:

• Sign Next Step Plans
• Birth Certificate Verification(must be verified for legal documents produced at the high school)
• ID picture to be taken
• Proof of insurance and driver’s license for parking permits (if applicable)
• Senior parking spot applications can be picked up and must be approved prior to painting.  The cost for a Senior parking spot is $75

LHS has reserved the following times for additional registration steps:  

LHS Registration will take place on the following dates:

• Seniors – Tuesday, July 15, 2025 10:00 -5:30 (Closed 2-3 for lunch)
• Juniors – Wednesday, July 16, 2025 10:00 -5:30 (Closed 2-3 for lunch)
• Sophomores – Thursday, July 17, 2025 10:00 -5:30 (Closed 2-3 for lunch)
• Freshmen – Friday, July 18, 2025 10:00 -5:30 (Closed 2-3 for lunch)

• New or Returning to the District – Monday, July 21st 10:00 -5:30 (Closed 2-3 for lunch)

New or returning inactive students must present the following documents for registration:

• Original Birth Certificate (not a copy)
• Social Security Card 
• Immunization Record
• Proof of Residency
• Proof of Identification 
• If applicable, evidence of parental custody/guardianship paperwork

All new and returning-inactive students in grades K-8 will pre-register in the following locations on July 16-21, 2025. 

Llano Elementary (Kindergarten)

Lea Elementary (1st Grade)

Ben Alexander Elementary (2nd Grade)

Jefferson Elementary (3rd Grade)

Yarbro Elementary (4th and 5th Grade)

Sixth Grade Academy (6th Grade)

Taylor Middle School (7th and 8th Grade)

All new and returning-inactive students in grades 9-12 will pre-register in person at: 

Lovington High School

Monday July 21, 2025 

Following pre-registration, download the Parent Vue app and follow the instructions in the email from Synergy to complete registration. You will be notified when your child is placed K-5 or when a schedule is ready for pickup 6-12.  

The first day of school for fully registered students will be July 29, 2025
