• Go to the Preschool office from: 8:30-10:30 or 12:30-2:30 

Requirements:

• Child must turn 3 years old before September 1st or 5 years old after September 1st 

• Official State Issued Birth Certificate (NO COPIES) 

• Current Shot Record 

• Social Security Card 

• Proof of Identification 

• Proof of residency 

What is Child Find Screening?  

Screening is a free check of a child's developmental areas, including large muscle development, eye-hand coordination (fine motor skills), communication, concepts, personal-social skills, self-help skills, vision, hearing, height, and weight.~ The purpose of the screen is to identify any factors that may interfere with a child's learning, growth, and development.
